Thank you for choosing to buy from Pioneer Endurance. We hope you are delighted with your purchase.

Orders

Please measure carefully for custom sized items, as refunds will not be given on custom sized and bespoke orders.

Delivery

Almost all of our items are made to order. We aim to despatch all items within 14 days, in most cases within 5 days, if I expect any delays due to problems in supply of materials I will notify of the expected delay at the time of order. You will be informed when your order is despatched. If payment is by cheque the goods will be despatched after the cheque has cleared.

Repairs

If a repair is necessary because of defective workmanship it will be repaired free of charge. If within five years of purchase a repair is need for any other reason it will done for the price of the materials and return postage.

Alterations

If you change horses and require alterations please telephone to discuss requirments, these can normally be performed for a small charge.

Returns

How to return

Please note that bespoke and custom sized items will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty, or incorrectly sized.

The goods must be returned within 21 days
They must be clean and in perfect as new condition

When you receive your purchase try it on your horse to check it fits correctly. If the fit is not correct or you are not happy for any reason please read the following information;

for a returns number, please include a phone number I can contact you on, then download and complete the returns form and include this and a copy of your receipt with your purchase. If you need modification explain clearly what is required.
